Great place to get to places. Literally tram outside the window, with 2/3 min walk to bus or tram that goes to 2 train stations, Casa Voyageurs and Casa Oasis, so easy access from airport. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. You can always get and friend egg, some bread and butter with something on top. Hotel clean, with regular house keeping if required. Room quite big with small table in corner, Room is quiet, no outside noise coming to room during the night. Day time some honking may be hearable. Grocery store 3min walk from hotel.

Great location, close to many restaurants and the tram. The room has all the practical things you need. The aircon is very good. The bathroom has enough space to put all your amenities. The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast has a decent selection of food and drink with a chef dedicated to cooking omelettes. Housekeeping were very efficient and came mostly every day and did a good job.

This hotel met the typical Ibis standards including comfortable beds, a funcational mini bathroom, good breakfast and free parking. They also offer valet parking service for a small tip. I was able to print a document at the reception. I liked the direct access from the rooms to the underground parking lot (height ca. 2m) by lift, which facilitated getting the suitcases to our room.

I've stayed in several IBIS hotels around the world and all of them are keeping up to a decent standard. The room is clean and comfy. The room does not have a balcony in case it is important to you. The location is a little bit far from the center and main tourist sites, so expect to take a tram - the stop is just one minute away from the hotel. This is a perfect hotel for a short 1-2 nights stopover or a business trip.

The bar staff Vito was very professional. Bar tables were always clean, and the service was great with a smile. The manager was amazing as she was always checking on the staff, the surroundings, and the guests always smiling. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels but have never seen a manager who was so approachable, friendly, and helpful, like Ms Nada. Definitely, I will book again with them

the hotel was very clean and is situated in very good location.. the room is spacious and very clean. Bathroom and shower good.The staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was really friendly and very good to me. I liked all of them from the plumber to Mrs. Ruqaiya to the receptionist. I don't remember their names but they were all very good to me.
